Welcome to Next Chapter Wellness, a personal and educational transformation initiative founded on my deep-seated belief in the power of resilience, growth, and education.

My journey in therapy and education began 30 years ago, fueled by personal challenges during my teenage years, including academic struggles and complex family dynamics. A critical juncture was reached at the age of 14, when I realized the need for therapists who not only listen but also understand and foster change—prompting my decision to become such a therapist.

With two decades of experience, including a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University and a degree in Education Administration from Endicott College, I've dedicated my career to supporting youth and families. My roles have spanned from therapist to crisis counselor, social pragmatics teacher to school social worker, administrator of social emotional program to special education director, offering me unique perspectives and a profound commitment to fostering growth in others.

At Next Chapter Wellness, we blend therapeutic expertise with practical educational strategies to offer a holistic approach to wellness and learning. Our community is a space for educators, students, and families to embark on a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' journey, transforming challenges into opportunities and dreams into realities.

Join us as we work towards a future where every individual is empowered with the skills and resilience needed for lifelong success. Welcome to your next chapter.

Real People. Real Results.

"They have endless resources to support educational professionals and students in the area of special education. I had the pleasure of working with Brenna as a consultant at the elementary school level. She has knowledge of systems to support equity in an educational setting. Her professional development offerings on trauma informed instruction is worthwhile for those working with children"
“They provided me with support and guidance as a new school social worker…In crisis situations they were calm and knowledgeable and used trauma-informed strategies to help support our students”
"Next Chapter helped my middle schooler get organized. He had been successful during elementary school but once he started middle school-he lost papers, didn't write his homework down and forgot to turn in assignments. My husband and I were so frustrated. My son was starting to have some behaviors at home, too. We created a great plan together and focused on organization for my son and communication for all of us. Brenna was really helpful and even met with me a few times to review some strategies. If needed, I'd definitely return."
